What’s useful to send
- A calculator giving a result that looks wrong — tell us which tool (SPF Calculator, Skin Type Quiz, Skincare Routine Builder, Ingredient Checker, Hair Type Guide, Expiry Date Tracker, Color Match Tool, or Beauty Budget Planner) and what you entered.
- A correction to something in the Skincare Science museum — include the page and, if you can, the source you’re checking it against.
- Broken links, layout problems, or anything not loading right.
- Ideas for a tool or topic we haven’t covered.
What we can’t do
We can’t give personal skincare or medical advice by email, diagnose a reaction or condition, or evaluate a product for you. For anything like that, a board-certified dermatologist is the right person to ask — our tools are general information, not a substitute for that.
We read every message, but as an independent, ad-supported site this isn’t a staffed support desk, so replies can take a little while.
